Summit Benefits was founded by Lee Kinasewich as a different kind of insurance broker.
Focusing on Service and Education, Lee wanted to make sure clients can always pick up the phone and talk to a real human.
In today’s world most peoples first touch point with a business is an automated chat bot or endless hold music. At Summit we want to be different.
Have a problem, or need help? Pick up the phone and someone who can help will answer.
In a complex industry, we want to make sure we can help with good advice and service. It is what we strive for and our commitment to our clients.
At Summit Benefits, we believe that every client matters, regardless of size. Whether you’re a firm with 100 employee or just 1, we value your business.
At Summit Benefits we are committed to building a relationship beyond just a sale. Great benefits should be a strength for your organization, not a burden. We want to help you find the best fit, even when your company changes.
Benefits can be complicated, and we want to be there for you. When you need help, we want you to be able to reach out and speak to a real person, not an automated machine or robot.
There are over 20 different insurance companies in Canada. Many offer similar products and services to their clients, and differentiation can be difficult.
At Summit we strive to work with as many carriers as possible. We want to be a true brokerage finding the best deals for our clients, and don’t want to be beholden to one carrier or product.
Not all carriers are built the same, and although there may only be slight differences, are goal is to educate clients about each and every plan, so they can make the best decision for their business, and have peace of mind about it.
Our business is competitive. From new products entering the market to advisors cold calling to offer you a better plan, we want to make sure we are finding the best deal out there.
Our business can be full of short term savings by switching companies, but rarely are these long term strategies.
At Summit we want to help breakdown the differences, and find solutions that not only work today, but will continue to work for you and your business as you scale and grow.
Education is our priority. We want you to know what you are buying. We may not know how a Renewal will go, but we want to make sure you have the tools to make the best decision for your organization both today, and tomorrow
